The other day, I asked you if you would be interested in a “Run Better Resource Kit” that I was thinking of making.
I didn’t want to spend a bunch of time making this if no one was interested, so I asked you let me know if you wanted the kit...
...if at least 500 people said they wanted it, I said I’d make it.
Well, almost TWO THOUSAND PEOPLE wanted it.
I was both blown away and humbled. When I first started coaching more than 15 years ago and created this little job for myself (even before I was appointed as the Comrades Marathon Coach), I had no idea that someday I would have almost 2000 people want something I created.
Or that I would be helping that many people.
The “The Run Better Resource Kit” for people who are interested in potentially running to the best of their ability.

...But, since (a) I really enjoy giving things away (b) it’s a way to thank you for all the great comments and feedback you’ve given me, and (c) I really think you need this to become a better runner... I’m going to give it away.
At least for now. I may include it in an official training programme/platform in the future…I haven’t decided yet.
So...Here it is. Free.
