Once you've selected a training framework from our extensive library and applied it to your calendar, you are then able to open it in your own personal training schedule. On the web-based app you are able to drag and drop training sessions to better suit your week's schedule.

You are also able to sync your training schedule with your fitness device through Strava or Garmin Connect. This will automatically pull your training data into the Coach Parry Online Training Club so that you are easily able to analyse your training and training load over time.

In the Coach Parry Online Training Club, you are able to track and analyse your training volume as well as heart rate*. Cadence* and power* are also tracked which means the Coach Parry coaching staff are able to give you accurate advice, backed by scientific data on your training or racing questions. *Dependant on your fitness device

Frequently Asked Questions

Am I locked into a contract?
No, you are not. You are able to cancel at any time by clicking the cancel button within your membership dashboard.

Is the monthly or annual plan a once off payment?

No, they are not once-off fees. The Monthly Plan is billed AUTOMATICALLY every month until cancelled by you. The Annual Plan is billed AUTOMATICALLY every year until it is cancelled by you.  

 

What training plans are in the platform?

We are constantly adding new plans but right now there are over 33 Running Through Menopause training Frameworks to choose from.

They range from beginners 5km right through to time goal 10km, 21km, 42km and ultra-marathon plans. If, once you're on the platform, you feel there isn't a training plan for you, simply let us know and we'll write one for you.

Am I able to pause my subscription?

No, you are not able to pause your subscription. We do not lock you into a contract so you are able to cancel at any time but we are not able to store your training data once you have cancelled. If you do choose to cancel your historical data will be deleted.

I am not an elite athlete, is this for me?

Here at CoachParry.com we work with athletes of all abilities and have training plans in the Coach Parry Training Club that cover all distances and times. If you're just starting out and need a training plan that will help you to start running or if you're trying to run a fast ultra-marathon, this is the platform for you.

I live in *insert where you live*, does that make a difference?

No, you can access everything online. All our training plans are delivered via our web and mobile app. The live and recorded audio and video training, as well as the forums are all accessible online, so as long as you are able to connect to the internet you are good to go.

Is this personalised, 1 on 1 coaching?

No, it is not 1 on 1 coaching. If you're looking for a training plan that is 100% customised to your goals, abilities and the time you have available to train then you will be better served to select one of our 1 on 1 coaching options.
