Please note that they will differ from athlete to athlete because our training app adapts the intervals to each individual's threshold pace. The examples below are set for an athlete with a threshold pace of 5:20/km. 

The types of JIT intervals we use also differ from plan to plan for example the JIT Intervals on week 2 of a marathon plan will be very different to the JIT intervals in week 10 of a 10k plan.

Example 1: 1km Repeats (Week 3 of a sub 4:20 Marathon Plan)

Example 2: Hill Repeats (Week 2 of a sub 1:50 Half Marathon)

Example 3: 400m Repeats (Week 9 of a sub 4:20 Marathon Plan)
