Here at Coach Parry we don't believe in 'one size fits all' coaching. Every runner we deal with is unique, with different abilities and challenges. We believe training programs should be written to suit the athlete as opposed to the athlete trying to fit into the training program.
If you're looking for a cookie cutter coaching solution, our one on one coaching is not for you. We believe if you want to run to your full potential, you need a coach that you can partner with.
How does our coaching work?
It doesn't matter if you're in contention to win races or a weekend warrior who wants to run a personal best, all our athletes get the highest quality, one on one coaching money can buy.
Training and Goal Review
We start all new coaching relationships with a personal training review. We look at your running history, the goals you'd like to achieve and how much time you have to train.
Individual Training Program
At Coach Parry we don't do one size fits all coaching. Your training program is created specifically for you, taking into account your athletic ability, goals and schedule. Not the other way around.
Ongoing Feedback & Adjustment
A weekly telephone call/Skype/Facetime meeting with your coach ensures your training stays on track. Constant feedback allows your coach to make any changes to your program to ensure your ongoing success.
Ongoing Support
Ongoing Whatsapp/SMS/Email contact with your coach guarantees that when you wake up feeling flat, with a runny nose or if you pick up a niggle, you get help exactly when you need it.
Pacing Charts & Race Plans
Not only will we get you to your goal race in tip-top shape, we'll help you plan the perfect race plan (Including customised pacing charts to guide you to your specific goal).
Global Running Options
It does not matter where in the world you are, or if you run road or trail, we can help. Our personal training review and goal assessment will ensure you’re on track.
