Half Marathon Cycling Training Program

Suffering from joint injuries or replacements and have been told you need some exercise? Or just fancy being one of the many thousands of South Africans who can brag about finishing the 94.7 or Argus cycle events? You keep hearing about variety or cross training to help with your running?

Here at CoachParry.com we’ve got what you need, we have Cycling programmes that will take you from the couch to 100km on road or trail, injury free and in love with your bike.

The rules are simple, start at the appropriate level and build up slowly.

If you are taking up the cycle challenge for cross training, follow 2-3 days of the programme and combine with one of the running programmes, 3 days in your “off season” and 2 days when training for your main running event.
