Half Ironman Triathlon Training Program

Tired of the same old events and programs you have been following for years? Or looking to start up exercising but know that running was just not your thing?

Here at CoachParry.com we've got what you need, we have triathlon programs that will take you from your 1st Sprint event to crossing the Ironman in style.

The rules are simple, start at the appropriate level and build up slowly:

  • If you are a newbie to exercise or have never swum, start right at the beginning with a sprint programme
  • If you are coming from a running back ground and have done big events before, combine one of the entry level sprint or standard distance programmes with a Marathon running programme

All that’s left is to download a programme and hit the pool/trainer/tar.
